- 24 Hours in Advance: You may cancel your appointment without incurring any charges by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of £15.
1.2 Cancellation by Us:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at your convenience.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable if:
- The service was not completed as agreed.
- Proven negligence or fault occurred during the service.
- The parts provided were defective and could not be replaced.
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases:
- Refunds will not be provided if:
- The appliance fails due to unrelated issues after the service.
- The appliance was misused or mishandled following the repair.
- The issue lies beyond the scope of the agreed service.
2.3 Processing Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation fee.
